Female Signal Auxiliaries Overseas Cap (Schiffchen einer Nachrichtenhelferin des Heeres). The Female Signals Auxiliary Corps (Nachrichtenhelferinnen des Heeres) were organized in a military system and were tasked with all aspects of communications within the occupied countries and in certain military communications centers within Germany that required special security that was unsuitable for civilian personnel. Personnel serving with the Female Signals Auxiliary Corps were outfitted with special uniforms and insignia, including the female signal auxiliaries overseas cap. The cap-eagle is neatly handstitched to the cap, this is a WH Panzer type EM's BeVo woven cap-eagle as was worn on these caps. A signal blitz is attached to the left-side of the cap, embroidered in yellow on a dark-green background. The cap is piped in the yellow branch colour. The cap is having tan coloured cotton lining material and is nicely size '55' marked. The cap shows normal traces of usage and wear and some small moth-damages, see photos.
