Nice original German Flaregun - 'Leuchtpistole 34' (LP34). It still retains most of its original dark blackened finish, the two bakelite grips are in good used condition with some minor damage. The pistol is well marked with Waffen-Amt stamps and the serial number '5780D'. The pistol is nicely maker marked and dated '43 duv' indicating production by the company 'Berlin-Lübecker Maschinenfabrik, Bernhard Berghaus' from Lübeck in 1943. Hard to find original functional flare pistol in very good condition. This is an original pre-1945 flare gun, exempted by the Dutch law in Article 18, paragraph 1, in d, annex II of the Rwm.
