Luftwaffe Flak Artillery War Badge (Flakkampfabzeichen). The Flak Artillery War Badge was introduced by 'Reichsmarschall Hermann Göring' on 10 January 1941, for award to air defence crews including searchlight and sound detection personnel. The badge is a nice 'Zink' example showing great detail. The zinc-type badge is nicely maker marked 'GWL' indicating production by the company of the 'Gebrüder Wegerhoff' from Lüdenscheid. The pin and catch are complete and functional. Nice original example in very good condition!
