Luftwaffe fieldgrey/white Reversible Quilted Winter Parka (Wendetarnparka) and grey/white reversible Quilted Winter Trousers (Wendetarnhose). These parkas were issued to late war Luftwaffe ground troops. The winter parka's were a standard issue item and were distributed to all EM/NCO’s for the winter season, (15 September to 15 April), with other winter garments and were to be returned to the units clothing depot in April for storage, repair and cleaning to be reissued the following September. The parka is reversible from fieldgrey/green to white. The parka is made of different shades of fieldgrey and white material, it is complete with all late war blue coloured buttons and white painted buttons on the white side. The parka is 'Grösse II' size marked and 'L.B.A' (Luftwaffe Bekleidungs Amt) marked. The trousers are only showing a 'Grösse II' size marking. The trousers are in used condition showing some staining around the knee area, see photos. The parkas and trousers were designed large enough to fit over the standard service uniform and will fit a mannequin easily. Nice and scarce original late war winter parka & trousers set in good condition!
