Motor-HJ (Hilter-Jugend) Summer Overseas Cap (Sommer-Mütze). The HJ Overseas Cap (Sommermütze) was originally introduced in January 1936. On introduction, the cap had both the national eagle and swastika insignia and the HJ diamond attached. This cap is having the standard red cord piping. The front center of the cap has a metal HJ diamond badge. A Motor-HJ Class 'A' Qualification Badge (HJ-Prüfungs Abzeichen) is sewn to the left side of the cap. An oilcloth RZM tag has been sewn to the fieldgrey cotton lining. The cap is not visible size marked, it is a larger size, approximately '57/58'. The cap shows normal traces of usage and wear. Scarce and hard to find original HJ overseas cap in good used condition!
