NSKOV (Nationalsozialistische Kriegsopferversorgung) Cloth Patch, showing the NKSOV logo printed on red cloth. The 'Nationalsozialistische Kriegsopferversorgung' was established in 1930 and was a social welfare organization for seriously wounded veterans as well as frontline fighters of World War I.  The cloth patch measures approximately 16 x 10 cms. It is only a bit wrinkled caused by storage. Nice original example in very good condition!
