This is a nice example of a Reichsbahn M44-type Sleeve Eagle (Ärmeladler). The eagle is executed in the neat so-called BeVo weave style in yellow thread on a black linnen background. The eagle is nicely maker marked with 'BeVo-Wupprtal'. The eagle is in good unissued condition, just a bit wrinkled and stained from years of storage, there is one small tear. Rare original M44 Reichsbahn arm-eagle!
