'Deutsche Reichsbahn' Visor Cap (DRB Schirmmütze). 'Deutsche Reichsbahn' was the name of the German national railway, from 1937 it was organized as the DRB. This is an early 1st model visor cap as worn from 1935 to 1941. This is a nice privately purchased visor cap, complete with celluloid manufacturers sweat-diamond ('Raute'), maker marked by the 'Mützenfabrik Herm. Naubert' from Erfurt. The cap is size '57' marked on the leather sweatband, the sweatband is in good condition. The cap is complete with its original zinc-type cap-eagle and cocarde, the cap-eagle might have been replaced once. The chinstrap has been removed. Overall a nice looking Reichsbahn visor cap in good used condition!
