Nice pair of Wehrmacht (Heer) Shoulder Boards as intended for a 'Generalveterinär' in the rank of 'Generalmajor'. The shoulder-boards are having the crimson branch-colour (Truppenfarbe) for personnel serving as a veterinarian. The shoulder boards are constructed from the 'smooth' type wool and are complete with slip-on tongues, there is some minor moth damage. Veterinarian 'snake' cyphers are attached to the boards. Extremely rare pair of original shoulder boards!
