Wehrmacht Helmet Chinstrap (Stahlhelm Sturmriemen). This is a two piece, blackened brown leather construction helmet chinstrap. Complete with steel buckle and both studs. The chinstrap is nicely maker marked and dated 'RMB 40' indicating production in 1940. The strap is in good used condition, the leather however is still supple, the strap can easily be placed on a helmet. Perfect for completing your M40 or M42 helmet. Hard to find original chinstrap!
