This is an early Reichswehr/WH (Heer) Medical Pouch (Sanitätstasche). The EM/NCO’s medics and stretcher bearers were each issued with two medical pouches equipped with basic medical supplies to be worn on the load carrying waist belt. The pouch is complete with original contents label, maker marked by the company of 'C. Stiefenhofer' from München. This is the left side (L) pouch. The pouch is in overall good used condition, the leather is still very supple. Nice original medical pouch!
