World War 2 Period US 48 Star Flag. US 48 star flag as in use from 1912 to 1959. The multi-piece construction cotton flag is sized approximately 290 x 150 cms. The flag is maker marked by the 'Valley Forge Flag Company'. The flag is in very good condition, still original period folded for usage as a burial flag, therefore I did not unfold the flag. THe flag is in very good mint condition. Please note that this is a hard to find very large sized flag. Nice and decorative original US 48 Star Flag!
