Wehrmacht Hardshell P38 Pistol Holster (Pistolentaschen P38). When issued the P38 came with a specific holster to be worn on the left side of the load carrying waist belt. The blackened leather construction hard-shell holster has two belt-loops on the back. The holster is nicely marked with 'bdr42' indicating production by the 'Lederwarenfabrik Richard Ehrhardt' from Poessneck (Thüringen) in 1942. Nice original P38 pistol holster in very good condition!
