This is a nice chocolate-brown coloured Luftwaffe K98 Ammo Pouch (Patronentaschen). The basis design of the ammunition pouches was virtually unchanged since the introduction of this pattern in 1909. The pouch is made of chocolate-brown leather with aluminum parts, the pouch is complete with all partitions. The pouch is nicely maker marked by the company 'Wilhelm Hansen & Braun' from Solingen and dated 1937. The pouch is nicely 'L.B.A.B.37' (Luftwaffe Beschaffungs Amt Berlin 1937) marked as well and showing a unit marking. Nice original K98 ammo pouch in very good condition!
