Luftwaffe K98 Ammo Pouch 1938
This is a nice chocolate-brown coloured Luftwaffe K98 Ammo Pouch (Patronentaschen). The pouch is maker marked by a 'E.G.Leuner' from Bautzen and dated 1938. 'L.B.A.' (Luftwaffe Bekleidungs Amt) and 'Seefliegerhorst Großenbrode' marked as well. Nice original pouch!

Description
This is a nice chocolate-brown coloured Luftwaffe K98 Ammo Pouch (Patronentaschen). The basis design of the ammunition pouches was virtually unchanged since the introduction of this pattern in 1909. The pouch is made of chocolate-brown leather with aluminum parts, the pouch is regrettably missing all partitions. The pouch is nicely maker marked by the company 'E.G. Leuner' from Bautzen and dated 1938. The pouch is nicely 'L.B.A.' (Luftwaffe Bekleidungs Amt) marked as well and showing a marking of the 'Seefliegerhorst Großenbrode. Nice original K98 ammo pouch in good used condition!
This pouch originates from the collection of the recently closed Eyewitness Museum and was in display in the diorama in the last picture!
