Rare original Waffen-SS Medical Pouch (Sanitätstasche). The EM/NCO’s medics and stretcher bearers were each issued with two medical pouches equipped with basic medical supplies to be worn on the load carrying waist belt. The pouch is nicely marked 'SS 39/38 RZM'. This is the left side pouch marked with an 'L'. The paper description label is present. The pouch is in overall good used condition, the leather is still very supple. Rare original SS marked medical pouch!
