Rare full unissued box of 100 Luftwaffe 'Hermann Göring' Panzer Cap Eagles (Hoheitszeichen). Standard pattern machine-embroidered cap-eagle as used by EM/NCO ranks, embroidered on black coloured wool. These cap eagles were intended for use on the black M43 Panzer field caps (as used in the Hermann Göring Division) or for use on the Luftwaffe mechanic’s black HBT overseas cap. The carton box is marked '100 Stück Hoheitszeichen für Arbeitsmützen' and contains 10 bundles of 10 eagles, still tied together. All in mint and unissued condition. The box is showing some minor damage. Rare full unissued box, this will make a great display piece in a collection of insignia. I have decided to try and sell the full box first at a very reasonable price, the eagles normally sell for 75 Euro each. Rare opportunity to buy an original unissued carton box full insignia!
