'Reichsluftschutzbund' (RLB) Cap Insignia (Mützenabzeichen) as worn on RLB overseas caps. The RLB (Reichsluftschutzbund) was an official national organization tasked with all aspects of civil air raid defence. This is a cap insignia as worn by members of the 'Reichsluftschutzbund', 'Sicherheits und Hilfs Dienst' or 'Luftschutzwarndienst'. The badge is executed in the neat so-called BeVo weave style on a grey linnen background. The badge is a bit wrinkled, caused by years of storage. Nice original Luftschtuz cap-insignia in good unissued condition!
