Early Model 1933 SS Dagger Scabberd (Scheide für den Dienstdolch M33). Early on, members of the SS were awarded their daggers during a ceremony at the Feldherrnhalle Memorial in Munich. The annual ritual was held on 9 November, the date of the unsuccessful Munich Putsch of 1923. Both officers and enlisted men wore the identical dagger until 1936. After this time, only enlisted men wore the M1933 dagger. This is an early black anodized sheet metal scabbard with nickel-silver fittings, complete with all small screws. The scabbed is in used condition showing some surface rust, see photos. Rare and hard to find spare part when needed!
