US Lieutenant Colonel's M1 Helmet with Hawley Liner
US M1 Combat Helmet with fixed bale and front seam. The outside of both the helmet and 'Hawley' type liner were marked with a Lieutenant Colonel's rank star although the markings of the steel shell are almost scratched off. Stunning original early published helmet in good condition!
