Dutch 'Persoonsbewijs' Set from Rotterdam

Description

Dutch 'Persoonsbewijs' (Civil Identification Card) Grouping. Introduced in July 1938. The Dutch 'Persoonsbewijs' was an identity card that was introduced by the Dutch secretaries general at the insistence of the German occupying forces during the Second World War. In April 1941, all Dutch people aged fifteen and older were required to hold an identity card. These ID-cards belonged to 'Teunis Broere' and his wife 'Jaantje de Jong' from the city of Rotterdam-IJsselmonde and were issued to them in November 1941. Nice original set in very good condition!
