German M31 Bread Bag Strap
German M31 Bread Bag Strap (Brotbeutelriemen). The shoulder strap was rarely worn during the war. The strap was put to other uses like putting it around the steel helmet to hold camouflage material. Nice grey canvas construction breadbag strap with black leather reinforced aluminum friction clips to either end. The strap is not visible maker marked or dated. The grey canvas might indicate a strap for a political or DRK breadbag. Nice example in mint and unissued condition!
Duitse M31 Broodzakriem (Brotbeutelriemen). De broodzakriem werd bijna niet gedragen tijdens de oorlog. De riem werd gebruikt voor andere doeleinden zoals draagriemen, ook werd de riem om de helm gebonden om camouflage materiaal op de helm te maken. Mooie grijze canvas constructie broodzakriem, met zwart lederen delen met aluminium clips aan elk uiteinde. De riem is niet zichtbaar maker gemarkeerd of gedateerd. De grijze canvas kan duiden op een politiek of DRK exemplaar. Mooi exemplaar in mint en ongebruikte staat!
