Wehrmacht Entrenching Tool Carrying Case (Spatentasche). The carrying case is made of 'Ersatz' material (Preßstoff) and marked 'bdq 44' indicating production by the company 'Ehrhardt & Kirsten' from Taucha in 1944. Hard to find original example in mint and unissued condition!
