NSKK Overseas Cap
NSKK (National Socialistisches Kraftfahr Korps) Overseas Cap (Feldmütze). The NSKK was formed in 1931 and was originally part of the SA, however in 1934 they were made a separate organization under the NSDAP. The NSKK was mainly a training organization, which instructed members on maintenance and operations of motorized vehicles. The front of the cap has two, small, buttons with NSKK logo. A nicely flat-wire woven cap-eagle is neatly handstitched to the cap. The cap is complete with an aluminum rank-pip and aluminum 'Edelweiß' cap-badge. The black cotton lining is complete with a RZM tag, the oilcloth tag shows the RZM logo and the script: 'Feldmütze nach Vorschrift'. The cap is approximately a size '56/57'. The cap shows only minimal traces of usage and wear. These NSKK overseas cap aren't easy to find, nice original example in very good condition!
