The Air Signals Telephone Operators Badge was introduced on 12 October 1935 for wear by qualified personnel. The badge is executed in silver-white linnen, embroidered on a blue-grey woolen background, having a nice black backing cloth. The patch is trimmed with twisted white-grey cord piping indicating NCO ranks. Nice example in good used condition!
